RETURNS POLICY
We would like communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding the return so we can prepare for it, but we want you to feel comfortable buying from us and we are more than happy to help you out.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase from itsfold.com, please note the following:
- You must return your item within 14 days from the day you placed your order online.
- You must send it in it’s original packaging.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods if they do not meet these conditions.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
